Our leggings have been engineered using luxurious, high-performance compression fabrics that are luxuriously soft and super stretchy to slim and support your body. They have been designed for style, comfort and performance and the perfect fit should be firm and smooth.
Due to the compression nature of the fabric, a Born Nouli legging should be a little wiggle to get on and when on they should fit like a second skin and not budge, whether you are working out or chilling out. They can initially feel snug on first wear (due to the compression nature of the fabric) but the fabric almost "pops" after a few minutes of wear and movement. If in doubt, we recommend sizing up.

We endeavour to send your items out on the day your order is received, if your order is placed by 3pm. All orders are sent on a Royal Mail 24 hour tracked delivery unless guaranteed next day is requested. We cannot accept responsibility for orders left in you designated 'safe place' so if you would prefer a signed for delivery please let us know by email.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Snoop Boutique HQ, PO Box 1534, Norwich, NR8 6FF. We strongly recommend that you get a tracking reference from the post office as returns are the customer’s responsibility until received by us. Please remember to include your returns form in parcel.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and sort it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Earrings are also non returnable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at nicky@snoop-boutique.co.uk.
