The party look of the season. Our Isla Maxi Skirt is a hoop skirt with a maxi length, an invisible side seam zipper, elastic in the back waistband, no lining and no other stretch throughout the garment. It is just stunning!

Model wears a size 6 and is 5ft 7" tall in and in flat shoes. This skirt if floor length on someone who is 5ft 4" with a 3" heel.
This is a popular skirt and we receive regular deliveries of this. If your size is sold out, please message us and we can advise on timing of new stock arriving.

We endeavour to send your items out on the day your order is received, if your order is placed by 3pm. All orders are sent on a Royal Mail 24 hour tracked delivery unless guaranteed next day is requested. We cannot accept responsibility for orders left in you designated 'safe place' so if you would prefer a signed for delivery please let us know by email.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Snoop Boutique HQ, PO Box 1534, Norwich, NR8 6FF. We strongly recommend that you get a tracking reference from the post office as returns are the customer’s responsibility until received by us. Please remember to include your returns form in parcel.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and sort it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Earrings are also non returnable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at nicky@snoop-boutique.co.uk.
