EDITH Jacket - by Nu Denamrrk
The jacket has a short, structured fit and is made of a soft mélange material with a lightly textured surface. The simple neckline is finished with a rib detail, giving the design a modern look. In the front, the jacket has patch pockets and discreet snap buttons, while the curved hem creates a nice shape both in the front and back.

We endeavour to send your items out on the day your order is received, if your order is placed by 3pm. All orders are sent on a Royal Mail 24 hour tracked delivery unless guaranteed next day is requested. We cannot accept responsibility for orders left in you designated 'safe place' so if you would prefer a signed for delivery please let us know by email.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please also ensure that your packing slip is included in the parcel.
Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Snoop Boutique HQ, PO Box 1534, Norwich, NR8 6FF. We strongly recommend that you get a tracking reference from the post office as returns are the customer’s responsibility until received by us. Please remember to include your returns form in parcel.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and sort it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Earrings are also non returnable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at nicky@snoop-boutique.co.uk.
