Ava Soft Knit Trousers - Smoke
These gorgeous trousers are a relaxed straight leg in the softest yarn of a warm viscose blend. Elasticated ribbed waistband with drawstring for sports-luxe feel. Team with one of our matching jumpers, choosing between high neck or slash neck.
These trousers are really light and easy to wear and can be worn on the waist or as a drop waist to allow a slightly longer leg fit. To get a floor length for, we would suggest that these would best suit those of between 5ft 2" and 5ft 6". Model in these photos is 5ft 5" and wearing these fairly low waisted.

Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Snoop Boutique HQ, PO Box 1534, Norwich, NR8 6FF. We strongly recommend that you get a tracking reference from the post office as returns are the customer’s responsibility until received by us. Please remember to include your invoice in the return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and sort it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Earrings are also non returnable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
